Terms of Service
1. General
The LedgerQL platform, which includes the Explorer, API, and SQL database, are currently in private demo. None of the information provided is intended to be used for financial advise. Information provided in the LedgerQL platform may provide third party price information, such as real-time and historical prices of Cryptocurrency assets, which may or may not always represent accurate information. We claim no responsibility for the validity of any Cryptocurrency assets displayed on the LedgerQL platform, or the validity of any wallets or contracts displayed on the LedgerQL platform. We claim no responsibility for the accuracy of any of the blockchain historical data, as blockchains experience events such as chainsplits & network halts.
2. Service Agreements
LedgerQL may enter individual service agreements while the LedgerQL platform is still in private demo. All will contain their own terms of service, agreed upon both parties prior to entering any contractual agreements.
3. Restrictions
We are unable to provide services to any users from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the regions of Crimea, Luhansk, or Donetsk, according to US export control laws. You can refer to the US Department of Treasury page for more details on the Office of Foreign Assets and Control sanctions program.
