LedgerQL LLC ("LedgerQL", "company", "entity", "platform", "we", "our", "us") refers to the LedgerQL LLC company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, a territory of the United States of America. We are committed to ensuring the privacy & protection of all users of the LedgerQL Explorer, API, and SQL database. The LedgerQL platform itself is still in private demo. The platform, privacy policy, and LedgerQL LLC entity jurisdiction are subject to change over time. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time.


2. Privacy Policy Acceptance


We've put much love into building the LedgerQL platform and would love to onboard you to the family. However, please do not demo the LedgerQL platform if you disagree with any of the contents of this privacy policy. You are more than free to contact us with any questions and/or concerns. By registering for an account, you agree to processing your data using any of the service providers according to section 3 of the privacy policy. For access to your data as a current member, as well as any requests for deletion, please navigate to section 4 of the privacy policy.


3. Data Collection & Purpose


The following data is collected & processed by LedgerQL's user authentication system. At the minimum, authentication requests are logged using the Privy.io authentication service. User authentication logs are not used for any other purpose than for user diagnostics, support requests, and compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements. Your data is neither shared nor sold to third party companies. For access to your data, as well as any requests for deletion, please navigate to section 4 of the privacy policy.

Navigation logs for the LedgerQL.com Explorer, API, and SQL database are internally stored securely. No personal identifiable information such as your name, email address, IP address, ETH-based wallet, ENS, Solana-based wallet, or Solana Name Service are stored with LedgerQL's navigation logs. The purpose of the navigation logs are strictly for LedgerQL feature enhancements and product analytics.

• Google Extended Profile: Name, public profile URL, photo, country, language, and timezone



3.3 Privy.io Web3 Wallet Authentication

• Solana not yet supported

You may contact us at any time to review & delete all personal data, including user authentication to the LedgerQL Explorer, API keys, and SQL database authentication if applicable. Please contact us.
